Following on from our 30 months occupation to-date in 10/15 Molesworth Street I would like to express our thanks below for all the support offered by your team in Metec. Metec were instrumental in ensuring our sustainability goals were achieved in our new HQ building. We are delighted that our office has achieved LEED certification, which aligns with our ongoing commitment to our corporate sustainability mission.

I wish to confirm that Metec Consulting Engineers were appointed to my design team as Mechanical & Electrical consultants for the South County Campus development of two buildings totalling 290,000 square feet. The scope of services included planning advice, design, installation and commissioning as the buildings were LEED Gold, NZEB and WiredScore Platinum accredited. Finally, I was very pleased with the level of service and support provided by the Metec team during the project which was successfully completed in May, 2022 on time and within budget parameters.
