Our Sustainability Team are continually studying to augment their qualifications as part of our Development Programme. They offer expertise on building performance and optimising the thermal and solar performance of the building’s fabric, which contributes to achieving BER, NZEB, LEED and BREEAM benchmarks.
Buildings produced or refurbished with sustainability in mind have been shown to improve the engagement, productivity, and health and safety of occupants. Savings can be made in not only energy consumption, but in the cost of operational and maintenance costs.
The team has been hand-picked for their passion, qualifications and experience in the areas of building performance, sustainability, energy savings over the lifecycle of the building, and perhaps even more importantly, the experience of its occupiers.
