Challenges

This project consisted of CAT B Fit-out of 3 No buildings for a commercial office refurbishment. Some of the main challenges on the project involved the revising/relocating of existing ventilation & AC systems to suit our new layouts. Very large ceiling void depths at top floors required significant thought put into access for future maintenance.

• Alterations to the existing primary and new secondary ductwork and new diffusers to new cellular rooms.
• Provision of new Comms room AC complete with outdoor condensers.
• Provision of new electric showers.
• Recommissioning of landlord boilers.
• Modification and relocation of existing L.T. distribution boards on each floor.
• Provision of new L.T. distribution boards within ground floor MDF room.
• Installation of new General Lighting within fit-out area consisting of energy.
• Efficient LED lighting and new automatic lighting controls.
• Cable containment, power supplies & fire alarm interfaces only for Access.
• Control System, Video Intercom, CCTV and Intruder alarm systems.
• Completed in live working environment
