One of the major challenges encountered for the fit out of Block 15A was creating a suitable single tenant building from a base build design that catering specifically for a multi-tenant occupancy, all while being conscious of the Tenant’s lease agreement dilapidation responsibility and advising them as we developed the scope of works.
