St. Clare's Park - Harolds Cross

This 220-Apartment development, which was completed in June 2021 and is now fully occupied, presented many challenges on a tight urban site with Protected Structures, but through design co-ordination resulted in a state-of-the-art product featuring District Heating fed by Combined Heat & Power. The M&E value was in excess of €6m.
