The high-quality scheme, being developed by Landmarque Property Group will feature Rooftop Amenity Gardens and a highly-landscaped podium and is being designed towards a 20% improvement on nZEB standards.
Achieving a 20% improvement on nZEB standard is a stringent target whilst adhering to prudent financial controls, but meets the strong sustainability credentials of our Client. We were also set with a challenge to optimise the Customer Experience, which we have achieved through intelligent access control systems which call lifts to minimise waiting time, a bespoke App to encourage involvement in Wellness Activities planned for the Amenity Spaces, and Community Gardening using rainwater harvesting. Our Client has also published maximum energy costs, which they now know they must comply with, focusing the mind of the entire design team.
Environmental modelling has demonstrated that we will achieve the ambitious nZEB improvement and annual energy cost targets. Enhanced Lift Traffic analysis also demonstrate that we will reduce waiting times to 50% below CIBSE targets.
