Challenges

The main challenge was that this Fit-Out project demanded particular attention to detail with an exposed services installation given the clients requirement for a high-end level of finish to an executive lounge standard.

Successes

This project achieved a very high standard of Interiors Fit-Out which was completed on time and under budget (€2.2 Million) In addition the Corporate Fit-Out achieved a LEED Gold & A3 BER certification as set down by the Base Build Developer Standards.

Metec Solutions

A collaborative & detailed co-ordination exercise was completed with the project architect HJL Architects & CDB Aviation Corporate Standards team though numerous workshops to ensure that the Building Services layouts were symmetrical throughout and that the finish/ colour of the visible elements matched the aesthetics of not alone the final finished solution but also the CGI’s that were presented to the Client at project inception.
