Challenges

Metec were employed to negotiate with the base build team to optimize the use of the Cat A building services provision during installation & in turn minimise the works required to deliver the short-term lease Cat B fit-out.

Successes

This project success was achieved through collaborative engagement with the project architect, creating bespoke focal areas within the office c/w feature lighting & illuminated signage that promoted a fun work environment that promoted Asana's work ethic.

Metec Solutions

Whilst the majority of the Cat A services were retained & supplemented to suit the Asana cellular layout. The introduction of collaborative spaces c/w bespoke finishes ensured that the Asana tenancy had a unique corporate identity to the occupier on the remaining floors.

Design

Mechanical, Electrical & TT infrastructure design alterations to base build services including:

• Exposed services throughout with castellated structural beams

• Pod meeting rooms

• Canteen server & town hall space
