Buildings designed or refurbished with sustainability in mind yield improved engagement, productivity and overall well-being in sustainable spaces. Metec is more than a consultancy, we are custodians of sustainability. Our projects reflect this commitment, we have designed and delivered over 1,200,000 square feet of LEED-certified floor area. Energy modelling early in the design process has led to 25% energy savings and 25% cost savings, our focus on maximising natural light ensures healthier, more productive spaces. We embrace standards like BER, NZEB, LEED and BREEAM to create environmentally responsible structures. Our work extends beyond blue prints and CAD drawings.
