Metec acted as the building services engineers for the corporate fitout for Resmed at level 5 of the Termini building in Sandyford.

Challenges

Metec provided the client with a high end fitout with exposed services for their new R&D Labs, to which minimal noise transfer was critical.

The project was completed within time to the high level of detail required by the client.

By completing numerous co-ordination meeting with HJL Architects we ensured that all the exposed services were laid out to meet the architects requirements. Early engagement with the end users of the lab ensured their noise levels were achieved.
