William Schulmeistrat is a highly skilled Electrical Engineer with over 8 years of experience in Design Engineering. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Services and Energy Management from Dublin Institute of Technology, William is a qualified Electrician and Engineer with experience in designing and installing electrical systems for retail, domestic, commercial, industrial and hospitality sectors.
Who am I?
Hi! I’m Will. I’m husband to Renata and father of two wonderful kids - Anna and Ben. When I’m not engineering, I’m enjoying family life, pursuing some of my favourite hobbies or involved with my local Christian church community. I love working with my hands and always have a project, or ten, on the go. I’m currently restoring a 40-year-old fishing boat which was supposed to be a quick fixer-upper but now hope to have it finished before I retire! To destress, I go fishing. I’ve been a keen angler for years and in my spare time I can aften be found with a fishing rod along the Irish coast and waterways. My favourite sport is basketball and I play with some of the local friendly teams. With my son following in my footsteps, I also help coach at the local basketball club. Go Gorey Rams!
