When I joined Metec as Accounts & Administration Manager, there were only 16 employees in the company. Since then, I have become HR/Executive Manager, helping to build an inclusive and diverse workforce. #TeamMetec
When I’m not managing accounts I’m involved in hire, we have gone from 16 to over 50 employees, I've been part of this journey recruiting new team members from diverse backgrounds, successfully bringing in fresh expertise and experience from across Europe, the USA, India, Egypt and Brazil.
