Who am I?
Hello! I'm Neil Reguine, and when I'm not busy with my dad duties to my three wonderful boys and my engineering role, I love indulging in a few of my favourite hobbies. I'm a big fan of Paulo Coelho’s literary masterpieces, the Boston Celtics, lawn tennis, and the sport of basketball. I played starting centre-forward for various amateur basketball teams during my college years until my early thirties and have continued to show my love for the game by supporting, training, and mentoring youth ballclubs in my hometown.
Traveling with my family is my happy pill and my definition of relaxation and adventure. I enjoy getting out of my comfort zones and exploring places I have never been before, whether it's a spur of the moment Bank Holiday retreat or a planned getaway to a distant country. Experiencing different cultures, nature trips, and cuisines is my mind and body’s way of recharging and rejuvenating.
In my free time, I enjoy reading books penned by my favourite authors, and technical journals related to HVAC, Mechanical Engineering in general, and building services. I also take pleasure in vegetable gardening. These hobbies are great ways for me to pass time whilst doing something worthwhile and rewarding.
I believe that being in the company of the family, having a good work and life balance, and finding happiness in what you are doing, are key to enjoying each day to the fullest. I always strive to create a better version of myself each day, learning from life’s lessons, and valuing the simple things like spending time with the family and chasing my dreams at my own pace.
