I have worked as a Mechanical Engineer for almost 20 years. In that time I have gained a wealth of experience dealing with local and Pan European design teams. I specialise in building technical due diligence, landlord negotiation and building pre-acquisition analysis.
My communication skills and project management style have been demonstrated in many large scale grade A new-build, refurbishment and high end commercial office fit-out projects to the highest engineering and sustainability standards. I have designed and managed projects in Ireland, England, Poland, Italy and the Channel Islands for blue chip corporations.
Outside of work I have a keen interest in sports and try to play football and golf as often as possible. “I have an uncanny ability to make golf balls go where they are not supposed to”.
I also like to attend live sporting events of all descriptions.
With a young family I like to spend as much time as possible striking the work/life balance and being bossed around by my children.
